What we collect
When you submit an inquiry, we store your name, company, phone or email, selected grade, application and message. The server also records a first-party visitor identifier, visit session, pages viewed, referring page, visit time, source IP, IP-derived country and region, network provider, browser and device type, language settings and marketing parameters.
Purpose
The information is used to answer inquiries, understand product and application interests, improve site content, select sample grades, prevent spam and maintain operational records. Visit and inquiry records are retained as required for site operations; customer inquiries and personal browsing trails are not published.
Storage and access
Inquiries, visitor profiles, visit sessions and page records are stored in the site database and are accessible only to authorised administrators. The visitor identifier cookie lasts up to one year, and a visit session ends after 30 minutes of inactivity. Do not submit identity documents, medical, financial or other sensitive personal information unrelated to the project.
